When you initiate a custom space consultation, configure an Atelier piece, or place an order, we collect only the information required to manufacture, deliver, and warrant your furniture:

  • Contact information for White Glove logistics coordination.
  • Custom material preferences, finish selections, and design configuration records.

2. Zero Telemetry Monetization

LOG does not sell, license, or monetize customer telemetry, spatial photographs, or purchase history to third-party ad networks or brokers. Your design preferences remain private between your interior team and our workshop artisans.

3. Data Retention & Erasure Rights

4. Anonymous Product Demand & Privacy-Conscious Telemetry

To optimize our atelier catalog and understand architectural furniture demand, we record anonymous product view events when design detail pages are opened:

  • Anonymous Session Identifiers: We utilize a first-party, privacy-preserving session identifier to gauge product interest without requiring visitor accounts or intrusive profiling.
  • Zero Invasive Fingerprinting: We strictly prohibit browser canvas fingerprinting, device serial tracking, or third-party behavioral profiling scripts.
  • Viewport & Platform Compatibility: Standard User-Agent attributes are parsed server-side solely to classify general device types (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet) and browser engines to ensure spatial UI responsiveness.
  • Server-Side IP Masking: Client IP addresses are extracted server-side for bot prevention and security telemetry. In all dashboards and records, IPs are masked (e.g., 49.37.XXX.XXX) to safeguard visitor privacy. Any regional context is strictly approximate.
  • Traffic Source Classification: High-level referrer classifications (Direct, Search, Social) are maintained to assess organic storefront discoverability.
